aircal's monthly plan (aircal Pro) is offered as a subscription through the App Store / Google Play.
Therefore, cancellations are made from each store's "Manage Subscriptions", not from within the aircal app.
* If "Cancel" is not shown, your subscription may already be canceled.
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
If aircal shows as "Expired" instead of "Active", the cancellation is complete.
Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
If aircal is no longer listed, or shown as "Canceled", the cancellation is complete.
Q. I canceled but I can still use the paid features
Even after canceling, paid features remain available until the next renewal date. After that, your plan reverts to the free version.
Q. I can't find a "cancel" button inside the aircal app
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play, so they cannot be canceled from within the app.
Q. I canceled but I was still charged
If you canceled right before the renewal date, charges may still occur depending on the timing. Please check your purchase history / billing history on the store side just in case.
Q. I would like a refund
Refunds are handled by the App Store / Google Play, not by aircal. Please request a refund from each store's refund page.
