About Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your aircal account and related data, you can do so using one of the following methods.

Method 1: Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. 1.Open the aircal app
2. 2.Open the "Settings" screen
3. 3.Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen
4. 4.Tap "Delete" in the confirmation dialog

When you delete from within the app, your account and data are removed immediately.

Method 2: Request by email

Please send a deletion request to the following email address.

• To: nexus.inc.1107@gmail.com
• Subject: Account deletion request
• Required in the body: the email address you registered with aircal

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and delete your account promptly (within 30 days at the latest).

Data that will be deleted

Deleting your account will remove all of the following data:

• User profile information (name, email address, profile picture URL)
• Calendar settings (theme color, notification settings, display settings, etc.)
• Calendar color settings
• Device registration information (push notification tokens)
• Shared calendar group member information
• In-app cache data (events, notification schedules, etc.)

Data that will be retained

The following data will be retained for a certain period on third-party services:

• Usage analytics data (Firebase Analytics): up to 14 months
• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): up to 90 days
• Attribution data (AppsFlyer): in accordance with AppsFlyer's data retention policy

* Event data on Google Calendar is managed on your Google account and is not removed when you delete your aircal account.

Important notes

• This action cannot be undone.
• If you sign in again with the same Google account after deletion, it will be treated as a new account.
