Widget Not Updating

・The widget is not displayed ・Events in the widget are not updating ・The selected color is not reflected in the widget In some cases, the widget may fail to show events due to device-side restrictions or issues. Restarting your device often resolves this, so please give it a try.

iOS

If the widget is not displayed

Common checks

Confirm that the aircal app is on the latest version (check "Updates" on the App Store)
Confirm that sync has completed (open the app once and make sure the latest events have loaded)

iPhone

Confirm that your iOS is up to date (Settings > General > Software Update)

Android

If the widget is not displayed

Common checks

Confirm that sync has completed (open the app once and make sure the latest events have loaded)

Confirm that the OS is up to date
Check whether the device's "battery saver" or "battery optimization" is preventing widget updates.

Q. My calendar isn't reflected

Please wait a few seconds for the app to open and sync.
Try removing the widget once and adding it back.
Try restarting your device (smartphone).

Q. I can't change the color theme

Only some themes are available in the free version.
